Users may receive email and SMS notifications after opting in for updates or consultations.

This may include mailing addresses, job titles, email addresses, phone numbers, intent or behavior data, IP addresses, social media profiles/URLs, and custom profiles for targeted advertising and event promotion.

We do not knowingly collect, solicit, sell, or market personal information from children under 18. Withdrawing consent

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails via the unsubscribe link in our emails, reply “STOP” or “UNSUBSCRIBE” to SMS messages, or contact us via the details in Section 12. We may still send service, transactional, or legal notices.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services (e.g., customer service) is permitted. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties.

Account information

Upon an account termination request, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. We may retain certain information to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist in investigations, enforce legal terms, and comply with legal requirements.

9. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

Most web browsers and some mobile OS/apps include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) setting to signal a preference not to be tracked online. No uniform standard for recognizing DNT signals has been finalized; we do not currently respond to DNT signals. If a standard is adopted that we must follow, we will describe our practices in a revised notice. California law requires disclosure of our response to DNT; currently, we do not respond to DNT signals.

We collect sensitive personal information only as allowed by law or with consent, and we do not use it to infer characteristics. Will your information be shared with anyone else?

We may disclose your personal information to service providers under written contracts. We may use personal information for our own business purposes (e.g., internal research and development), which is not considered “selling.” We have not disclosed, sold, or shared personal information for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding twelve (12) months and do not intend to do so.

We must verify your identity before acting on a request. We will use information provided in your request solely to verify identity/authority and for security or fraud-prevention. If we cannot verify with existing information, we may request additional information. Agents may be required to submit signed permission.

Appeals

If we decline to act on your request, you may appeal by emailing [email protected]. We will provide a written explanation of our decision. If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state attorney general.

California “Shine The Light” Law

California Civil Code §1798.83 permits California residents to request, once per year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes and the names/addresses of those third parties. Submit requests using the details in Section 12.
